I'd love it if you would subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

One of the biggest challenges I have in maintaining a paleo/primal diet is creating variety in my diet. Enter the 8-week Paleo Meal Planner. Love it! It’s one of the bonus offers that comes with the Paleo Recipe Book offered here.

It’s even got some scrumptious treats to try!

Living a primal lifestyle is a daily choice. In fact it’s an hourly choice. And when temptation calls, it’s a minute by minute choice.
Truly, like any other commitment, you need to have conviction to stick with it.

The best way to stick with something and commit to it is to believe in it. Primal living is a choice. No one is making me do it.
So, why am I doing it?
Well if you read my posts 5 Things that Happened To Me As a Result of Starting a Primal Lifestlye and 5 Things that Happened to Me When I Stopped Following the Primal Lifestyle you’d see it’s a No-Brainer.
My personal experience of living both ways is that Primal makes me feel better and look better. Why would I choose not to do it? Good question. I think it boils down to a 2 things:
1. Laziness: sometimes it’s easier to give in to convenience and eat whatever is available. Intermittent Fasting (I.F.)would be a better choice for me because of reason #2.
2. Cravings: once I have a taste of sugar I whet my appetite for it and it calls me. I, myself, am better off without small amounts of sugary treats because they open the flood gates.
So, if I can defeat Laziness and choose I.F. over convenience I think I’ll have this problem solved in the long run.
It’s important to me, because it makes me feel better. Off to have some Broccoli Cheddar soup….mmmm delicious and Primally-nutritious.
